The prices are per day for a minimum stay of 5 days. For stays shorter than 5 days we charge from 35.00 to 50.00 euro for the final cleaning additional (minimum stay 3 days).
The prices include:
bedclothes, towels, fully equipped kitchen, electricity, heating, wireless internet access, final cleaning and all the advantages of the Dolomiti Mobil Card.
Equipments for babies are available on request.
For every additional person we account 15.00 euro per day (children under 4 years are free)
We make a discount of € 15.00 per day if you book the apartment “Odle”, “Putia” or “Rasciesa” for two people (not in the summer and Christmas).
Deposit
The reservation is valid as soon as the deposit is sent.
Payment
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash payment up to € 4,999.99, advance payment by bank transfer.
(Starting from January 1st 2023, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 4,999.99 in cash.)
Arrival & Departure
On the day of arrival, you can move into your apartment at 2.00 pm; on the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment not later than 10.00 am. Other times are possible upon request.
Pets
Dogs are accepted on request; there will be counted € 15.00 per day
Terms of Cancellation:
Up to 30 days before the planned arrival date at the latest, the deposit paid will be retained as a cancellation fee, after which 50% of the booked stay will be charged.
In the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, 100% of the entire booking period will be charged.
